Bernex Solution Preposition

Shot consistency resulting in repeatable product dimensions and light transmission effect.
A special mixer can be applied to improve the homogeneity of melting.
The mild compression section produces low shear stress, providing an ideal mixing effect with minimal pressure and shear impact.
Bimetallic screw with good wear resistance and high hardness is recommended in this process to prevent resin contamination from component wear.

*Make sure the PC resin is well pre-dried/pre-heated before processing.
